I chose these specifically for the black design compared to the others, and I love them. I haven't been able to use them hiking yet besides small trails, but I've tried breaking them in through my daily routine and they are comfortable. Of course chacos come with the usual breaking in of soreness and slight blistering, but once that happens, they are wonderful!!

I love my chaco's and after several years it was time to get a new pair. I love the thick strap and am digging the Chaco's without the toe strap. These provide awesome support for my feet and have proven to be super durable so far. Best summer shoe i could ask for!

These were my first pair of Chacos and my goodness, i'm pretty stoked on them! I'll wear them casually, hiking, just lounging at the campsite - pretty much whenever! Super functional and comfortable. I'm a true 7.5 and I got a size 7, which i'm happy with! I may go with the Wide option for my next pair of Chacos because they seem a tad narrow on my feet, but nevertheless, still super comfortable.

Gave this as a gift to my mother, who lives in the Arizona desert. She says she's a big fan of the adjustable strap and the fact that there's no velcro. Also likes the arch support. She thinks they're a tad heavy, but respects the durability that such a thick sole provides, especially from the cactus on every hiking trail near her house.

This style of chacos support my very high arches! I am usually a 8.5 and I sized down to 8. I don't regret the purchase AT ALL! Awesome shoes to have for the outdoors!

Got this as a gift for my wife and she loves them. The footbed on these are super comfortable, while maintaining the durability that you would expect from Chaco. Their lifetime warranty also makes this a killer deal. The fit ran a bit large for her, so you may want to size down if you're usually between sizes.

I got these for a friend who has been skeptical of Chaco's for several years and finally convinced her to try a pair.... and she LOVES them. Super comfortable, loves the thin adjustable strap and no toe, and fit great and really likes the extra support on these Chacos.

I was apprehensive about Chacos for a while, because I used to have these with the toe straps and they would squeeze my toe, not super comfortable. I decided to try these models without the toe straps and I love them! It's perfect for hiking through water or just a mellow hike. I also wear these at the crag in between climbs. Really, just a nice, comfortable adventure sandal to have around.

It was finally time to get a new pair of chacos after owning my old pair for 6 years. I went with the Z Cloud X Sandal and I couldn't be happier! These shoes are absolutely perfect for just about any outdoor activity. I wear them hiking, fishing, camping, and climbing. They're the best to throw on at the wall in between routes. I would recommend these shoes to everyone! I am typically a 7.5/8 so I decided on the 8 and they fit perfectly.

Gave these to my sister whom swore by them! She had a previous pair that the she lost and asked for some as my next gift to her. She loves them and uses them almost everyday. Keep in mind that Chaco has a stellar warranty which is unheard of for a shoe brand.

Gave these to my Girlfriend and she loves them! She loves how much arch support they have and loves the cute webbing colors and design. She had been wearing Teva's before these and now she won't take them off. She loves how you can really customize the fit to any shape or size of foot. She loves them and so will you!

Wowee Chacos are the best sandals I've ever had! They are so durable. I wear them nearly everyday in the summer. Great for hiking, swimming, rafting, running around, doing it all! They have a great arch support making them so, so, so comfortable! My feet never hurt when I wear these. The straps are easily adjustable and can accommodate almost any foot size. Once the cold weather starts to approach I just throw on a pair of socks with them and I'm good to go. I do wish they came in half sizes. I am normally a women's 6.5 and went with the 6. They still fit great but I would like a little extra room around the toes. Overall awesome sandals. They're cute too!

Lovin the cloud that I am walking on, good traction wet or dry, bought a 9 should have gotten a 9.5 to avoid my toes right at the edge, I wouldn't mind a faster drying fabric/strap but all in all a great dependable shoe!

My Chaco journey started out a little rough. The first pair I got just didn't fit right and the toe strap bothered my big toe. I decided to give them another chance with this pair and boy am I happy I did! I wear them on the daily. The z/cloud's are so comfortable. I am on my feet all day and my feet never get sore or tired when i'm wearing these shoes. My feet/toes are so much happier with the straps on these. The straps are incredibly easy to adjust if need be and also stay in place. Happy I decided to give chaco's another chance! I usually wear a size 7 shoe and I had to go with a size 6 in these.

My wife has worn Chaco’s almost exclusively for years. She has always worn the classic ones but when she found these she fell in love. They are lighter than the classics so they don’t feel as bulky. So far, they are holding as good as their heavier counterparts. She also likes these since they don’t have the front toe loop so she can wear socks under them in the winter months.

Bought these the same day I was going on a desert trip and BOY was i glad to have them. I don't think I would have survived the heat in socks and hiking boots. These babies are light as a feather and rugged. I was walking through sand and rocks and they held up. Also I was super impressed with the traction on these guys. I was smearing on rocks and climbing on sandstone to get through some of the slot canyons in Goblin and didn't slip once! Not to mention I have the best chaco tan now :)

Super comfy compared to the classic. For 8.5 shoe size, I went to an 8 in this sandal. I occasionally "floss" the straps to get the sand out.

This is my wife's first pair of Chacos and she's sold. They are a little heavy, but it doesn't really bother her. Great support for a sandal. She likes that this version does not wrap around her toe.

I was super skeptical of Chacos before this, but I am a believer now. I wore them for a few miles while backpacking through a creek bed. They were great to use when the water was over my hiking boots & wonderful to put on at camp at night with some socks.

I got these for my girlfriend so we have matching sandals. (So cute I know.) She was on the fence between the cloud footbed and the standard one. She is very happy that she opted for the cloud, it is really comfy right out of the box, with no real break in period. Needless to say, her chaco tan will be coming in very soon

Getting someone their first pair of Chacos is almost as exciting for the giver as it is for the receiver. If you know, you know. I had the pleasure of introducing my girlfriend to the enlightened shores of Chaco-land. I helped her research and choose the model that best suited her style: double strap, no toe loop, cutest color, etc. She's very happy in a nutshell. The Cloud footbed is noticeably softer than the standard version. I'm not sure it would be the feel for me, but she loves the additional comfort. The double strap version is certainly striking looking, though I'm not sure it really provides more meaningful adjustment than the single strap versions. If you're buying it, you're probably buying it for looks. Construction has all the hallmarks I've come to expect from Chaco and I'm sure they will remain a go-to piece of footwear for years to come.

I got these for my sister for Christmas. She rants and raves about them. When deciding on what sander was best for her, i decided on the Chaco Z/ Cloud X. It is great for high arch support and doesn't have that pesky toe strap. Great for Hawaii hiking!
